Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unwashed with tags on the item. You’ll also need to bring the original receipt.
To process a return, please visit us in store for a product exchange or full refund. If you are unable to come into store to process the return please email us at the link below.

Damages and issues
please inspect your item upon reception and if there’s any defect or something wrong please let us know immediately so that we can make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
All items purchased on sale more then 25% off are final. The following items are non refundable for hygiene purposes. Men’s & Women’s swim, jewellery, sunglasses, hats, hair accessories, socks, & underwear.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If this item is not then available, we will put it on hold when it does come in for you.
